FanityMC – Terms of Service

Welcome to FanityMC! Before making any purchases or using our services, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By purchasing items from our store or playing on our server, you fully agree to these terms.

1. General Conditions

- FanityMC provides virtual goods (ranks and crate keys) for exclusive use within our Minecraft server network.

- These goods are digital services with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other games.

- We reserve the right to change server rules, store prices, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Payments and Purchases

- By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old OR have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian.

- You are fully responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. Items delivered to the wrong account due to user error will not be compensated.

- Payments are processed securely via third-party services (e.g., Tebex, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.

3. Refund Policy

- All purchases are final and non-refundable. Since these are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

- Opening a dispute or chargeback via your bank or payment processor without contacting our support first will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the FanityMC server, store, and community platforms.

4. Server Rules and Disciplinary Actions

- Purchasing a rank or crate keys does not exempt you from following the general server rules. Ranks do not grant immunity from punishments.

- If you violate server rules (e.g., cheating, hacking, harassment, scamming) and receive a ban or mute, you will not receive a refund for your purchases.

5. Limitation of Liability and Server Changes

- FanityMC reserves the right to modify, rebalance, or remove rank perks and crate rewards at any time to maintain a fair gameplay environment.

- We are not liable for lost items due to server technical glitches, database errors, or server wipes, though management will make reasonable efforts to resolve major technical issues fairly.

6. Support and Contact

- If your purchased items do not arrive within 20 minutes of payment, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server.
