Last Updated: [7/11/2026]

Welcome to FanityMC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web store and play on our Minecraft server. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
- Minecraft Username and UUID: We collect this to deliver purchased ranks and crate keys to your account in-game.
- IP Address: Collected automatically when you join our server or visit our store to prevent fraud and ensure server security.
- Email Address: Collected during checkout to send you payment receipts and order confirmations.
- Transaction Details: Our payment processors (like Tebex) share basic order details with us (such as items bought and payment status), but they do not share your full financial information.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the virtual goods (ranks and crate keys) you purchased.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot payment or delivery issues.
- To enforce our server rules, prevent cheating, and block banned users.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent chargebacks.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- Data is shared only with trusted third-party services necessary to run our platform, such as Minecraft server hosting companies and secure payment gateways (e.g., Tebex, PayPal, Stripe).

4. Data Security and Retention
- We implement industry-standard security measures to keep your data safe.
- We only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide server services, maintain transaction records for tax purposes, or handle legal disputes.

5. Cookies
- Our web store uses cookies to remember items in your shopping cart and analyze site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but it may affect your ability to use the store.

6. Your Rights
- You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, or ask for its deletion. Please note that deleting certain data (like your Minecraft UUID match) may remove your access to purchased ranks.

7. Contact Us
- If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server.
